By accessing or using BotFusion ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

02 Description of Service

BotFusion provides an AI chatbot platform that allows users to create, customize, and embed AI-powered chatbots on their websites. The Service includes bot creation tools, a chat widget, a management dashboard, analytics, and integration guides for 19+ platforms.

03 Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

04 Subscription & Payments

Paid features are available through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed through Stripe and/or PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Use bots for spam, phishing, or deceptive practices

06 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BotFusion Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the chatbot as a knowledge base.

07 Limitation of Liability

BotFusion Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate; you are responsible for reviewing chatbot outputs.

08 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

09 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
